Terms and Conditions - Ireland Golf Travel Ltd.
Reservations And Deposits
A non-refundable deposit per person is required (unless otherwise noted) to hold your reservation. Final payment is due 8 weeks prior to arrival date.
Payments may be made by Visa, Mastercard or electronic bank transfer.
Cancellation charges and Refund Policy
Cancellation of reservations by the participant must be in writing to Ireland Golf Travel Ltd. Clogherbrien, Tralee, Co. Kerry, Ireland. Fax or email will also suffice. Cancellations after balance payments have been made are non refundable (See note further down regarding Travel Insurance).
Responsibility
Ireland Golf assumes no responsibility for, and the participant hereby releases Ireland Golf from, any claim, cause of action, loss, expense, injury or damage that the participant may incur relating to the failure by any third party (such as an airline, hotel, transportation service or golf course) to perform its obligation to provide goods, accommodations or services; the negligence or willful misconduct of any third party in connection with the performance of its obligation to provide goods, accommodations or services; or any act of God, civil disturbance, conflict, strike, theft, governmental action or any other event or action not within the control of Ireland Golf. Reasonable changes in the itinerary may be made where deemed advisable for the comfort and well being of the passengers, or changes as a result of unexpected conflicts not indicated in our itinerary.
Changes
An administrative fee of €25 per change per person will be charged for any changes to the itinerary requested by client or travel agent after full payment has been received.
Conditions
In event of trip cancellation by Ireland Golf, all deposits and payments will be refunded in full. There will be no refunds for any absence from the tour once it commences, that is for such things as missed meals, golf, sightseeing or any other activities in the tour. Ireland Golf is not responsible for personal injury, accident, or illness; or for loss, damage or theft of personal belongings.
Car Rental
Drivers must be 23 yeas of age or older. The maximum age is 70 yeas although extensions to 75 can sometimes be obtained.
Travel Insurance
Ireland Golf Travel Ltd. recommends that comprehensive travel insurance is put in place on payment of trip deposit.
On advancement of the tour deposit to Ireland Golf, the depositor therefore agrees to be bound by the above recited terms and conditions
